Fidelia is a development enthusiast who believes in empowering people effectively to spearhead global development. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast.

She is an Associate member of the Association of Business Executives, UK (ABEUK). She also holds Levels 4, 5 and 6 Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications with the aforementioned professional body. She has recently completed her graduate studies in Development Management at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Fidelia’s passion for people development has seen her working in women and youth development over the past years. She takes pride in working with A Rocha Ghana, given the organisation’s enviable record of empowering people to care for God’s creation.

 
Fidelia loves to read and write. She’s a choral and country music fanatic. She also bakes and makes juices during her leisure hours.

It is her dream to contribute to a world where every human is enriched enough to take responsibility for their well-being and that of the natural environment.
